Ola Rynge
Owner & Business Developer
Ola Rynge founded Rynge Consulting in August 1997. At first the company was a run parallel to other engagements, but since October 2005, Ola runs the company full time.
With a M. Sc. from Chalmers school of entrepreneurship and a B. Sc. in Innovation engineering from Halmstad University, Ola has the ability of understanding the different processes within companies. This knowledge has proven very useful at his position in the startups Saligus and Medfield Diagnostics.
As co-founder and part of the management team at Saligus, Ola was responsible for the R&D process, including planning and managing the product development processes as well as part of the business development processes in marketing, finance and economics.
Starting as a consultant project, Ola joined the management team at Medfield Diagnostics as an informal CEO during the start-up phase of the company, focusing on activities such as market analysis, strategic business planning and rising funds.
Outside work, Ola occasionally finds time to engage himself in "Personal Branding" discussions and even has a blog covering the topic.
